GRAVES COUNTY, KY (KFVS) – A man was accused Wednesday of unlawful imprisonment and threatening his girlfriend and two members of her family and assaulting his girlfriend’s daughter.
Charles Olson, 71, of Mayfield, Ky. allegedly got upset with his girlfriend who lived with him and his girlfriend’s daughter after a situation with her children, according to the Graves County Sheriff’s Office.
The sheriff’s office said that Olson went to hit his girlfriend’s daughter and when his girlfriend tried to stop him, Olson pushed her and went to the bedroom and got a pistol.
Olson came back and pointed the gun at his girlfriend, her daughter and her granddaughter. He told them where to sit and then argued with them, according to the sheriff’s office.
Investigators said that the girlfriend told Olson that she was going to call the police, but he told her that if she did, they would all be dead before the police could get there.
