Dublin Community constable arrested on wanton endangerment charges | Crime
GRAVES COUNTY, KY (KFVS) - Graves County Sheriff Dewayne Redmon reports that a Dublin Community man has been arrested and charged with four counts of first degree wanton endangerment.
Jeffrey Howard Burnett, 44, was arrested after a formal complaint filed on Burnett about the manner in which a traffic stop was conducted Friday night on KY 1748.
According to Redmon, Burnett serves the county as an elected official and Constable in Graves County. He said the investigation revealed that Burnett knowingly conducted a traffic stop on KY 1748 in a way that "wantonly engaged in conduct which created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to another person with no respect to human life."
Burnett was taken to the Graves County Jail.
