Graves' Zach McClure bowls over Lindsey Wilson College
GRAVES COUNTY, KY (KFVS) - Graves County Eagle Zach McClure smiles as he signs a letter of intent to attend Lindsey Wilson College and bowl for the Blue Raiders.
His mother, Roxanne McClure, is seated next to him. They said he never bowled until he was 16 years old. He found a talent for the sport and joined the new Graves County High School Bowling Team. Lindsey Wilson is located in Columbia, Ky., and if affiliated with the United Methodist Church.
GCHS athletic director Doug Gloyd said he’s happy McClure and others can earn college scholarships through the high school’s new sports teams, including bowling.
