Graves High co-ed cheerleaders win 6th UCA national championship in 8 years | Events

GRAVES COUNTY, KY (KFVS) - The Graves County Co-Ed Competition Cheerleading Squad won its sixth national championship in eight years at the Universal Cheerleading Association's finals Saturday, February 9, in Orlando, Fla.
Coach Jon Summerville has led the team throughout those years, as the Eagles have soared to new heights. The team competes in the Large Co-Ed Division.
The team won UCA nationals in 2006-07, 2009-11, and now 2013. Graves County was runner-up in 2008 and 2012.
The Eagles also have won six statewide titles, competing in the Large Co-Ed Division of the Kentucky Association of Pep Organization Sponsors. The Eagles won those championships in 2005-08, 2010, and 2012.
