The Graves County High School production takes place in the district’s PAC, adjacent to the school, in performances at 7 p.m. Friday, March 9, and at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday, March 10.
Theater newcomer Cody Beyer portrays the fast-talking traveling salesman, who sets out to con the small town folks and ends up falling in love with Marian the Librarian, played by musical theater veteran Emily Duff. Helena Jones as her mother and Colton Hayden as her brother believe in the Music Man’s magic. T. J. Lewis plays Hill’s old friend, Marcellus, who brings life to the stage as the cast sings and dances to his, “Shipoopi.”
