(KFVS)- According to Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky, the Kentucky Parent Survey says Ky. parents support increasing the state's high school dropout age. 

The survey said 85% of Ky. parents said they favor increasing the dropout age in Ky. from 16 to 18 years old. 

Less than 15% of parents said they opposed increasing the dropout age. 

The Kentucky Parent Survey assessed the views of parents, step-parents, grandparents, foster parents or other legal guardians of children in Kentucky.
