1 seriously injured after head-on crash involving motorcycle | News
GRAVES COUNTY, KY (KFVS) - A 23-year-old was seriously injured after being thrown from his car in a crash on Central and West Tucker Road June 25.
According to Graves County Sheriff Dewayne Redmon, around 1:42 p.m. deputies responded to two-car crash. He said 52-year-old Charles Holton was driving south on Central Road and failed to see 23-year-old Patrick Hamlin driving his motorcycle north on Central Road.
As Holton turned left onto West Tucker Road, Redmon said Holton turned in the path on Hamlin. They crashed head-on and Hamlin was ejected from his motorcycle. Redmon said Hamlin landed about 75 feet from the crash and received serious physical injury.
Hamlin was taken by ambulance to a local hospital where he was then air lifted to another hospital.
