Graves High students, relatives medal in Special Olympics Bowling Tournament | Schools

GRAVES COUNTY, KY (KFVS) - Graves County High School students and some of their relatives were among the approximately 1,300 competitors who participated in the 40th Kentucky State Special Olympics Bowling Tournament the first weekend of December in Louisville.
Besides the athletic competition, the group enjoyed Christmas lights at an underground cavern called "Lights under Louisville" on Friday night and a dance and pizza party on Saturday evening.
Morgan Elliott won two silver medals, one for singles and one as unified partners with his father, Michael Elliott.
Erika Bobbett won two bronze medals, one for singles and one with her unified partner and cousin Jason Roberts.
Alana Davis placed third in singles and fourth in unified partners with her mother, Marlene Davis.
Unified partners freshman Amber Matheny and junior Katie Matheny both won gold medals with their special needs adult partners.
