GRAVES COUNTY, KY (KFVS) - Graves County Sheriff Dewayne Redmon said Thursday that several drug arrests have been made after several months of investigating ended.

Demetrius Williams 25, of Mayfield; Jimmy "Ducky" Currin 58 of Mayfield and Ginger Dees, 59 of Mayfield, were charged with trafficking in a controlled substance first degree (crack cocaine).

Steven Freeman, 54 of Pryorsburg and Susan Murrell, 54 of Mayfield, have been charged with trafficking in a controlled substance second degree (prescription medication).

All have been taken to the Graves County Jail.

Redmon said that his drug unit investigators were able to buy illegal drugs from each of these individuals over a period of time.

He encourages anyone with knowledge or suspected illegal activity to contact his office at 247-4501.
